Creative Edinburgh Awards 2019: The Shortlist

With just two weeks to go until The Creative Edinburgh Awards celebrations, we’re delighted to share the 2019 shortlist with you!

Since 2013, we’ve been celebrating the city’s creative community with our annual Creative Edinburgh Awards highlighting the incredible projects, people and places that flourish across Edinburgh.

On Thursday 10th October, we'll be at The Hub from 7-11pm celebrating the bright ideas and beacons of light that illuminate our city's creative scene. There'll be an opportunity to learn more about the shortlisted people and projects and we'll be presenting awards to nine winners. Join us to raise a glass to the shortlisters, winners and the whole of Edinburgh's creative community! Get your tickets here!

The night also marks our 8th Birthday! With double celebrations in order, we've got lots in store to make sure you'll be dancing, posing and partying your way through the evening! Following the return of comedian Jay Lafferty as our Awards host, we'll have the likes of Fantoosh Face Art painting us sparkly, LookLook's Bullet Time Photo Booth offering endless 3D photo fun and a DJ set from DJ SCOTIA!

We welcome back Bellfield Brewery who'll be providing their gluten-free beer and Bon Accord will have soft drinks on offer to keep your thirst quenched throughout the evening. Plus there'll be birthday cake from Edinburgh's gluten-free baker, SugarDaddy's!

Follow @CreativeEdin on Twitter for all future updates on what the night has in store!
